It works by improving blood flow in the inner ear and reducing the activity of the vestibular system, which helps control balance. Cinnakem effectively relieves symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and ringing in the ears (tinnitus) associated with travel sickness or inner ear problems like Ménière’s disease
