DESCRIPTION:

Mefkem-Spas is a combination tablet containing Drotaverine Hydrochloride (80mg) and Mefenamic Acid (250mg), used to relieve abdominal pain, menstrual cramps, and muscle spasms. Drotaverine is an antispasmodic that relaxes smooth muscles, while Mefenamic Acid is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation. Together, they provide quick and effective relief from colic pain, period pain, and gastrointestinal cramps, improving comfort and mobility.
